  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

  • Delays: Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping across Pakistan. The shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Eligible for orders above a certain amount (as promoted on the Site from time to time).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing tracking details. You can use this information to track your package with the courier service.

5. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe:
